Software for Prototype Development
A Necessary Addition for the Open-Source Community
Accessible prototyping platforms such as Arduino and PlatformIO are indispensable tools for many open-source projects. They enable users to collaborate and iterate useful inventions rapidly.
However, there is currently no platform to help develop prototypes into a product ready for field deployment. The Kea framework aims to provide a level of robustness to open-source projects that will help deploy them at scale in the field.
